Co. G 75th (Ranger) Infantry Association 2011 Reunion

 

Date: June 3-5 2011 

Place: Ocean Reef Resort, 7100 North Ocean Blvd., Myrtle Beach South Carolina 29572.

Room Rates: All rooms in our block are $96.00 per night including tax and resort fees. ALL ROOMS ARE OCEAN FRONT.

Reservations: Members can make their own reservations by phone or mail and sending one night’s advance deposit. Contact the resort by calling (1-800-542-0048) and request to book a room under the Co. G 75th Rangers Infantry Association.

A $100.00 security deposit is required at check in for all cash payments by authorization of a major credit card or cash for individuals who are paying for their own accommodations.

NOTE: DO NOT RESERVE ROOM ANY OTHER WAY BECAUSE THE DISCOUNTED RATE IS BASED ON A GUARANTEED NUMBER OF ROOMS BOOKED BY OUR MEMBERS THROUGH THE RESORT. IF THAT NUMBER IS NOT MET, THE ASSOCIATION IS LIABLE FOR THE DIFFERENCE.

Reservation deadline: Rooms will be held until April 18, 2011 unless reserved earlier. Group rates cannot be guaranteed after that date. You may extend your stay at the discounted rate for up to 2 days prior to arrival date of June 3rd and 2 days after departure date of June 6th.

Check-In Time is 3:00 pm. Check-out time is 11:00 am. 

NOTE: If reservations are cancelled 14 days or more before the date of arrival, the resort will refund 90% of one night’s deposit. If cancelled less than 14 days from date of arrival you forfeit the one night’s deposit. 

Events:

Friday June 3rd.

·    Reception 6pm to 8pm. In hospitality room hosted by Tom and Sharon Robison welcoming everyone to their home in Myrtle Beach.

Saturday June 4th

  • Board of Directors meeting followed by full membership meeting.

  • Scheduled activities for spouses and other guests.

  • Association banquet 6pm to 8pm with auction to follow.

Sunday June 5th.

·    Free time to enjoy the beach or schedule your own activities.
